Go Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 avocado
  2. 1 cup of spinach 
  3. 1 banana
  4. 2 tablespoons of agave 
  5. 1.5 cups of soy milk 
  6. half cup Greek yogurt 
  7. Juice from 1 lime

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend. Add more soy milk to reach desired consistency.
  2. Pour green smoothie mixture into class and top with your favorite fresh fruit 
  3. Sip, Sip, Hooray!
