
Go Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of agave
- 1.5 cups of soy milk
- half cup Greek yogurt
- Juice from 1 lime
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend. Add more soy milk to reach desired consistency.
- Pour green smoothie mixture into class and top with your favorite fresh fruit
- Sip, Sip, Hooray!
